Dishcloth...I'm at it, too

It's Sunday morning and I thought maybe I would go to Mass but so far I haven't dragged myself into the shower so I thought I'd post images of the cross dishcloth and directions for making it. Discloths knit up so fast, which may be why so many knitters make them. Instant gratification.

There are three pictures below with it from both sides: the first is with the purl side showing and the second and third are with the knit side showing. I think it works on both sides.

The cross is a bit difficult to see in pictures because of the variegated yarn I used. Sorry! If anyone wants directions, let me know. I will chart it.

I'm so excited...

Rosie only looks unconscious. She likes to lie on the wood floor under the ceiling fan, her belly exposed. Funny cat.
I've been wanting to make this bag from Folk Bags for some time, and then my pal Deborah from KR drew my attention to it again--it's one of her faves, too. So today I went to Suzoo's in Costa Mesa and picked up the yarn.
